The Serenity Park HOA has changed its architectural review process!

 

The HOA Executive Board established an architectural review committee (ARC) made up of community volunteers.  All improvement/change requests are first made through our management company who will then coordinate the approval with the ARC.

Requests can be summarized on the ARC's Design and Improvement Request Form.
